KLICA faculty and staff are dedicated to challenging students to reach their highest potential spiritually, academically, physically and socially for the glory of Jesus Christ. Our faculty and staff are committed to go beyond their classroom and office duties to have a personal knowledge of students and involvement in their lives. Personal mentoring, discipling, and guidance from faculty and staff on a daily basis continues to have a powerful impact upon KLICA students’ lives. It is the relationships between faculty, staff, and students that contribute to the testimony of KLICA. All faculty and staff have ascribed to the KLICA Statement of Faith.
